1. Packaging & Aesthetics: Product’s packaging lives up the Olay reputation. The glass jar is so very elegant and the exterior gives a clear signal of what to expect… yes a “pearlescent” glow! The picture above is proof itself.
2. Texture & Consistency: The product looks delicately soft, with a hint of pink and is aesthetically very pleasing. It has a mild fragrance which is not overpowering. Very subtle yet a signature scent.
3. Performance & Efficiency: It has refreshing cool and light feel on skin. It is easy to spread and quickly assimilates into the skin moisturizing it immediately. It does not feel sticky or tacky on skin and gives a satiny soft feel. It is neither too heavy nor too light – just perfect!
4. Unexpected Benefit: Olay Luminous happens to be a not just a plain moisturiser; But, moisturiser that imparts a glow immediately. The pearlescent ingredients do wonders on your skin. For me, who does not like a heavy foundation on my face of a daily basis, it gave a nice light coverage like effect for my skin. Isn’t it wonderful that it is suitable for all skin types?
5. Limitations : The only hitch for me is that the product had a pilling effect when I used along with a foundation as a base. Perhaps it was not compatible with my foundation brand and it is something that you should watch out for.

A great moisturizer for every skin type, infused with Niacinamide to fight dark spots with regular use, SPF 15 and PA++ protection, and a pearlescent glow effect than no other moisturizer has given me instantly!
